Therma-Fab offers its customers a sixty-thousand square foot plant, under roof with cranes, and an experienced staff of highly qualified engineers, certified welders, and knowledgeable inspectors.  All supported by a dedicated office staff.  Synergy evolves to make Therma-Fab extremely competitive on a global basis.

Quality Control:

Radiographic testing, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic testing are offered.  Independent third party inspection is available.

Machining:

Our machining facilities utilize CNC centers, boring and milling machines, EDM wire cutting and lathes.

Casting:

ThermaFab has negotiated global and domestic relationships with foundries that cover almost all casting disciplines.  Permanent Mold, Die Cast, Shell Mold, Investment Cast (Lost Wax), Green Sand, No-Bake, Sodium Silicate Sand Molding. Also Therma-Fab supplies centrifugal cast tubes and pipes.
